Process Cooling System Sourcing coordinates factory quotations for process cooling equipment used in industrial plants. We match buyer briefs to candidate factories, compare included items and flag open deviations. We do not operate a cooling plant, hold inventory or act as a brand-appointed reseller. Engineering acceptance remains a contract between you and the named supplier.

Decision ownership

Independent machinery sourcing means we circulate comparable RFQs. Load tables, process-fluid temperatures, ambient ratings and pumping curves stay supplier documents. We do not convert a published model page into a performance promise for your simultaneous heat loads.
Decision ownership: Design input
Design input is the buyer brief: simultaneous heat loads, supply and return temperatures, fluid, destination, three-phase supply, connected load, footprint and whether the RFQ is a refrigeration package or a process cooling water system with pumps and reservoir. If you already own a plant loop, say so. If hydrogen duty is in play, write that isolation and materials compatibility sit with your project engineer and a specialist supplier. Missing files do not stop an inquiry, but they force each factory to state assumptions instead of hiding them.
Supplier answer
A usable supplier answer names the refrigeration package, pumps, reservoir, loop controls, installation and spare parts as separate lines. It should attach the selection at your stated fluid temperatures and the connected load for the proposed skid. We check that answers use the same units: tons or kW for cooling capacity, °C or °F for fluid temperature, kW for connected load, Hz for supply frequency, bar or psi where working pressure is relevant. We do not audit factories in person unless a later contract says so.
Open deviation
Open deviations include package-only versus loop packages, brochure tons used as SAT, and pumps omitted while every process user still needs flow. Record those gaps before you rank totals. A FAT run on a single heat load does not close a SAT on your overlapping machine mix. Hydrogen isolation is never inferred from a utility chiller page.

Buyer supplies process data and destination. Sourcing coordination means matching, question lists and comparison sheets. Supplier confirms feasibility, documents and commercial terms. Certifications, if required, are files the named factory must provide for the named machine and destination; they are not credentials of this website. Duty cycle, work envelope and PLC interface stay in the brief so later SAT language is not invented on the pad.
